Delivery times and charges will be confirmed while placing order.
Ready made & Customized items may take 5 working days.
Make to orders delivery depends on the design and requirement
External factors like courier delays may affect delivery times.
Additional shipping charges on total order value will be applicable for any national or International orders.
For international orders (outside India), customs duties, or import taxes may apply. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and vary by destination country.
Choksi Kasturchand Dolaji and Sons is not responsible for delays caused by customs clearance or international courier services.
Returns:
As a part of our store policy, we do not offer returns or exchanges once an order is placed or delivered.
– We strongly recommend reviewing your order details before confirming your purchase.
– By placing an order with us, you agree to our No Return & No Exchange Policy.
– Refunds are only issued if an incorrect item is delivered. Please raise a request within 48 hours of delivery.

Attach clear photos (and if available, an unboxing video) showing:
The outer packaging & shipping label
The product received
The invoice inside the package
Keep the product unused, with original tags, invoice, and packaging intact until your case is reviewed.
What isn’t refundable
Correct product delivered (no defects/size issues/change of mind).
Damage due to misuse or wear after delivery.
Requests made after the 48-hour window.
Items without original packaging/tags/invoice.
- Refunds are not offered apart from cases where an incorrect product is delivered.
